Return/ Exchange policy

Online Order:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. All returns and/ or exchanges must be accompanied with the receipt. Merchandise MUST be UNWORN, and with all original packaging.

Shoe Phix reserves the right to confirm and inspect returned product conditions and information before refunding or exchange.

Shoe Phix is not responsible for the loss or damage of your returned shipment. We suggest that you pack your shipment well and send via registered mail or courier.

NO COD's will be accepted.

Unless Shoe Phix makes an error during order processing or shipping, return and exchange shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

Online order shipping fees will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As a result of Customs and Border Tariffs, customers are responsible for all duties and fees associated with their order. This applies to all orders including all return or exchange orders.

Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
